DRCNet Seeking Local Volunteers in DC

Dear Friends:

We are looking for supporters in the Washington, DC area who are interested in volunteering on-site in DRCNet HQ. We have a tremendous workload consisting of all different kinds of tasks (some of which are actually interesting), and we need help. We need people to come in occasionally to help with mailings, and we need people to come in on a regular basis to help with some of the ongoing tasks. We are flexible with the timing; we do ask that volunteers show up when they say they will. Adam J. Smith, DRCNet's Assistant Director, is coordinating the in-house volunteer program. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Adam via e-mail ([email protected]), and let him know what your availability is, what your schedule looks like, and in what ways you would be willing to be involved. You can also call us in the office at (202) 362-0030. (We might not return your call until after Thanksgiving.) Thanks in advance for your help.

Students please note that we are also offering internships.

Sincerely,

David Borden
Director,
