CNBC program on medical marijuana, early Friday evening

We just heard that the CNBC show "Equal Time" is having a debate on medical marijuana at 5:00pm Pacific Time, TONIGHT, Friday January 17. We don't have time to confirm, but assume that it will air at 8:00pm EST and at the same real time in other parts of the country.

Guests are Dr. J. Thomas Ungerleider, UCLA, researcher on marijuana's effects, recreational and medical, and Dr. Robert DuPont, former government narcotics official who currently makes a lot of money on urine testing and pro-drug war propaganda. Our sources tell us that Dr. Ungerleider says he was aggressive and that the show went well.

P.S. DuPont's career in misinformation dates back to the 70's, and is partially documented in the recent book "Smoke and Mirrors: The War on Drugs and the Politics of Failure" by Dan Baum.
