Michael Hess of Alabama runs the BBS News BBS, which at present contains about 150 text files which outline abuses, case studies, news reports, and other anecdotal information about the Drug War. Mr. Hess is starting a drive to send a bibliography of recent, factual studies on drug use, harm reduction and other re-legalization strategies presently being adopted by other countries (and even certain parts of the U.S.) to every elected official, from local city mayors right up to the President. This online library is growing at the rate of four to six per day. If you can contribute articles to this library, dial in to the BBS News BBS at (205) 567-9310 or email them to "[email protected]".

The University of Massachusetts Cannabis Reform Coalition has an extensive online library. To find out about it, send email to "[email protected]", with the pattern "{{{readme}}} in the subject line. You will receive an automated reply; your message will otherwise be ignored.
